A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join a growing Technology company.
This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded B2B marketing professional who is looking to truly expand their career within a market leading organisation. Our client is looking to double their revenue over the next three years and are looking for talented individuals to help achieve these results.
You'll be joining the marketing generalist team responsible for all outbound B2B Marketing for UK&I business. You'llbe responsible for engaging customers and suspects in a constantly changing, complex market which will bring you new opportunities to grow yourself as a marketer. This is a chance to take on a role within a high-performance environment.
You will developand deliver the marketing plan and expect to be responsible for driving revenue and brand building for the business by delivering integrated programmes of engagement inbound and outbound channels. You will work closely with a matrix of stakeholders, balancing business drivers and customer needs to create relevant, timely and targeted campaigns. You will be surrounded by experts who will help bring together all the elements of the marketing programme.
Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager:Delivering MQLs
* You are completely focused on driving great quality sales leads into the business. You understand how marketing can engage with prospects and when is the right time to pass those prospects to sales.
* You develop strategies and implement campaigns that engage prospects and customers at every stage of the buying process, helping accelerate their journey
*You are focused on delivering quality leads that result in pipeline and, ultimately, won business. You are tenacious in your pursuit of leads and as you help track them through the marketing and sales pipeline.
Working with Sales
* You guide and advise sales on all aspects of marketing that supports their own go to market strategies and plans. You are their marketing expertand business partner an essential part of their team who adds value.
Using Data
* You understand the power of data and are focused on building databases that meet compliance and regulations and maximise reach into, and impact with, key verticals.Developing and Implementing Marketing Campaigns
* Working with colleagues in marketing, sales, and product you develophighly targeted, multi-channel campaigns that consistently meet or exceed the target number of MQLs
Understanding our Market
* You understand our customers and prospects, what they need from an organisation, where they are on their buying journey and how best to engage them at each stage. You are the expert on the verticals for which you have responsibilities.
Measuring and Reporting
* Strong commercial acumen and skills. You believe marketing is all about delivering results and so you'll measure everything you do. From engagement with campaigns to business won, you'll be focused on the outcome of activity and beable to clearly show the results of your work.
Senior Marketing Manager Requirements
* Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks through from start to finish
* Experience co-ordinating and producing event plans desirable
* Exceptional written communications skills, with ability to adapt style to suit different
