VP Sales EMEA -SaaS Fintech Series A Start-up
Paying £150-175K base - 400-450K OTE + Bens

My client are a UK HQ'd series A funded SaaS Fintech start-up that have a full working product and have built up a an excellent customer base in the Banking area winning a number of Tier 1 multinational clients on a global basis. They have developed a unique risk and compliance SaaS solution that provides a golden source ofreg-intelligence for large global organisations and for smaller business. They are in a unique situation as they are fully profitable , with a full working solution with use cases , using the funding to deliver growth.
This role has come about after receiving series A funding they are looking to extend the number of revenue generating resources and are looking to extend the number of people they have in EMEA for sales. They are looking for a senior sales leader who will directly report into the CSO based in the US. They are also recruiting for a senior global account director to globally manage a big tier1 in EMEA.
There arecurrently 7 people in Sales within the business in EMEA , and currently hiring two more people excluding this head to the existing team
My client are looking for someone ideally who has a solid functional understanding of the Fintech space RegTech/GRC space ,topped with the ability to sell on value. In reality they ideally want someone who has come from a new business backgroundand has built teams selling to the FS sector in EMEA.
