What you will be doing:
You will drive day-to-day manufacturing processing and supportGood Manufacturing Practice (GMP}-compliant activities for the production of sterile gene therapy Products.
Main activities:* Coordinates organise and support the training of the team
* Responsible for compliance with GMP, Data Integrity and GoodDocumentation Practice (GDP)
* Ensuring that CAPAs, Change Controls, BMRs & audit/inspection actions are closed timely and in a right-first-time state.
* Ensure on-time availability of GMP product manufactured according to the agreed manufacturingschedule.
* Responsible for leading Quality issue first response during bioprocessing and ensuring Quality on the Shop Flooris in place to verify the facility is always inspection ready.
* Champion continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Science or Engineering.
* Strong background in GMP manufacturing operations
* Experience in pharmaceutical product manufacture (preference for biologics and aseptic manufacture).
* Experience in sample preparation and analysis.
