Description:
Lab Technician - Edenderry, Co. Offaly
THE ROLE:
* The work would primarily be Fuel Moisture Analysis with some water analysis also. Training would be provided by our existing technicians.
* Responsible for updating any relevant documentation as required.
* Carry out fuel analysis to ensureit meets commercial and technical needs and to ensure it operates to the standard outlined in the laboratory quality manual andthe ISO 17025 Standard.
* Participate and assist with Environmental, Health & Safety activities including Risk assessmentand Auditing;
* Control of water and steam chemistry on the plant and effluent to ensure the plants Environmental ManagementSystem compliance with all relevant environmental & legislative responsibilities;
* Start and finish times are 08:00 - 16:30 Mon to Thurs and 08:00 - 15:30 Fri
REQUIREMENTS:
* The person must have a science qualification to work in INAB 17025 accredited Fuel Laboratory.
* Experience of working in a GMP environment(essential)
* Immediately available
* Previous laboratory experience essential
