MCG Construction has a new opportunity for a qualified Assistant Survey Managerfor a major infrastructure contract in London
The Role:
* Putting safety, health and wellbeing at the heart of decision making; asking, listening and responding, creating an environment
* Undertake weekly survey reporting to provide accurateinformation to the team on; the progress of surveys undertaken in the previous week, the health status of the survey planning for the upcoming weeks, the resource requirements for the surveys in the upcoming weeks as well as any key trends that need focusto continuously improve the performance of surveys for all Stage 1 works
* Form close relationships with other teams and survey supply chain to ensure that we share resources, innovation, and process to ensure we deliver as one.
* Visiting and interacting with site survey teams to ensure lessons are learnt and solutions are deliverable
* Attend progress meetings that they are attended by the appropriate personnel and information is presented clearly and professionally
* Present weekly survey reporting at team meeting on a Monday
* Encourage the use of BIM, technology and IT to improve efficiency.
* Identifying new thinking and innovation through collaboration on survey planning & delivery and implementing it successfully.
* Ensure Surveysare to programme and budget whilst not compromising on safety.
