Role will include providinggeneral administration within the banking sector reporting to project co-ordinator
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and print site files, O&M manuals and pre- start packs
* Liasing with contractors and PMS for essential updates and documents* Uploading of mandatory documents to sharepoint and client portals
* Producing reports for internal management (stop/go,monthly hours, H&S stats)
* Attending meetings where required and minute taking
* Liasing with and organisation of couriers
* Meeting planning
* Ensuring Targets and deadlines are met
* Issue and print ID Cards
* Ordering of stationary,PPE and kits
* Arranging site-access and permits for contractors
* Management of outstandingworks registers
* Additionalgeneral administration duties as required
Knowledge:
* Previous experience in an administrative role desirable
* Basic knowledge of SharePoint would be an advantage
* Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Basic knowledge of MS Projectwould be an advantage

* Exceptional communication skills* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to work without supervision
* Self-starter and proactive with a can do approach
* Ability to work as part of a team and accept responsbility for defined areas of work
Qualifications:
* No specific qualifications required, experience beneficial
Hours: 8 hours a day, 9am- 5pm, 5 day a week
Based inWarrington office
Start Date: October 2022
