Building Services Manager - Immediate Start - 6 Months Contract - Commercial Fit-out Project - £350 Per Day (CIS) plus Expenses & MileageBuilding Services Manager. Our client, a leading Main Contractor who work with a number of Blue Chip clients throughout London, South-East & across the UK are currently recruiting for an additional Building Services Manager to join their team, working on a forthcoming high profile job in the heart of the City of London.
Working in a role from which site visits will be required (along with Head Offices and an element of Working from Home as required). Due to the scope of works that are being delivered, you must have prior, and recent, experience of working on large fit-out and refurbishment schemes within the commercial sector, ideally working within a live environment and, ideally, have worked on Public Sector type projects in the past.
