CAD Designer - PermanentRole - Rochester (ME2)
Our client, a subcontractor who specialise in roofing/cladding projects, are looking for a CAD Designer to join their team based out of their head office in Rochester.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate 2D & 3D CAD drawings for construction, and industrial projects.
* Generate profile drawings for CNC cutting.
* Create detailed workshop manufacturing drawings.
* Develop concept drawings for tenders and client presentations.
* Responsible for ordering fabricated frames from our suppliers as well as all glass and flashing's.
* Perform material take-offs and prepare material lists for pricing and procurement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the roofing/cladding sector.
* Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
* Strong understanding of construction, and industrial drawing standards.
* Experience in creating CNC profile drawings and workshop manufacturing drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisationalskills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
