Description:
We are currently recruiting a full time Commercial administrator onbehalf of our client, an asset management company that provides a range of property services to the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors across London and the South East.
You will work alongside the Commercial team and assist with the followingday-to-day responsibilities:
* Identifying materials as and when required
* Drafting letters to sub-contractors
* Process / check sub-contractor applications.
* Assist with client meetings and expenses.
Requirements:
* Excellent IT skillswith a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and Outlook packages.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Organised and ability to prioritise.
* Ability to be proactive and act on own initiative.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Ability to work well as a team.
Experience in the Construction Industry is preferable but not essential.
Full time role - Monday to Friday
