-Job Title: Delivery manager
Salary and benefits: Up to £55k (depending on experience)

We are currently looking to recruit a Delivery manager to work on our delivery programmes in partnership with Openreach.
As the Delivery manager youwill be part of our delivery team, responsible for providing leadership, direction, and development of the wider team.
Thesuccessful applicant would need to be from a strong telecommunications background, preferably with a proven track record in managing field operational teams in a delivery environment and with experience of working on the Openreach network. Experience on Fibre build programmes would be advantageous.
As the Delivery manager you will be responsible for:
* Project Management of civils delivery, underpinning the build of new Fibre network delivering to thousands of properties.
* Management of Supply chain resources and direct labour teams
* Attend and chair all required meetings with client, internal stakeholders anddelivery teams
* Liaise with the local authorities (ensure appropriate notices and work programme agreements etc.
* Co-ordination of work stack in line with delivery programme, ensuring delays are minimised by resolving operational issues to enable swift job closure and invoicing
* Ensuring prompt and accurate completion and return of relevant compliance documentation
*Ensuring relevant Health and Safety standards are followed and achieved
* Lead and develop a team to successfully meet andexceed companies expectations
* Jeopardy managing of works to ensure that the required by date delivery and volume delivery targets are met
* Ensure staff/operatives are regularly monitored and motivated to deliver the highest possible standards
Skills and Experience:
* Experienced in Telecommunications/ Utilities work
* In-depth knowledge of Openreach specifications & documentation is desirable
* Experienced in Civils delivery, ideally related to fibre network build programmes.* Competent in using Microsoft Office products - word, excel etc.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and exceed client expectations
* The ability to motivate, manage and grow a successful team
* Strong previous experience of the Communications industry at a similar level
* Able to drive/have a valid UK driving license
Requirements:
* Previous experience of a similar role in a similar work stream
* SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
* NRSWA accreditation to supervisor (desirable)
