Estimator - Permanent Role - Enfield
Our client, a specialist mechanical and electrical services contractor, are looking for an Estimator to join their growing team based out of their head office in Enfield and support the bid team in driving the PQQ, it's tender submissions by workingin conjunction with all departments to ensure timely delivery of PQQ and tender documents to meet both internal and external deadlines. This is a hybrid role
As an Estimator, you will be:
* Managing the company bid process to include SQs, PQQs & ITTs.
* Working on tender documentation ensuring that client breifs are understood, responses are clear and company. standards are adhered to.
* Working across multiple service deliveries ensuring timely delivery of PQQ and tender documents to meet deadlines.
* Porducing and presenting presentations for new business
* Administering and updating company bid library
* Providing administration and diary support in relation to all tenders
* Producing weekly reports to include narrative and statistics as required
* Creating and managing mobilisation plans to ensure managers are working to their full potential and making the necessary arrangements for their department
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous bid writing experience - at least 3 years (preferably in M&E and renewables)
* CDM/Construction compliance industry knowledge
* Good communication skills
* Ability to write clear, concise bid submissions
* Good IT Skills
* Attention to detail

* 3-Month probationary period
* Mondayto Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm , 1-hour lunch break
