Job Title: Mobile Repair Technician - Commercial Gas
Location: Denton
Job Type: Permanent Contract, with company benefits.
Salary: £37,000 to £40,000
Hours: Flexible Shift Patterns (9 hours to be worked).

Job Description;
The role will be responsible for dealing with the planned and preventative maintenance and repairs of all commercial gas equipment across our retail contracts covering multiple sites within the region. We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer with commercial tickets to maintain various retail client sites across Birmingham and the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities;
* Completion of maintenance duties within set timeframes
* Commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works
* Other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks
* Providing callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
*Maintaining the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops and storage areas
* Undertaking new installations, major and minor repair works to clients heating systems
* Diagnosing and repairing faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding
Key Experience necessary;
* Previous reactive maintenance experience
* Knowledge of servicing Riello, Reznor& Ecoflam burners, combat warm air heaters.
* Core Safety: COCN1
* Commercial Tickets: TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1
* Domestic gas qualifications (would be useful): CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1, ICAE1.
* Capable installation skills
* UK - Driver's License ( no more than 6 points)
