You will be carrying out day today maintenance in occupied properties.
A van, fuel card, PDA and uniform will be provided for you to carry out your duties,therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required.

Duties will include but are not limited to:* Leaks
* External and internal blockages
* Tap change
* WC Cistern change
* WC Pan change
* Bath Change
*Minor jobs from other trade
* Tiling small areas or patch plastering and making good
