A leading Tier 1 Contractor is looking to recruit 2 SeniorProject Managers for a selection of build projects in Cork. The ideal candidates will have a construction background preferablywith experience in Ireland, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. They will be familiar with build standards and regulations inIreland in particular for Commercial, Residential and Educational builds.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years plus experience within construction.
They will have worked as a quantity surveyor or engineer or site manager prior before progressing toProject Manager.
This firm can offer long term projects with permanent roles and great career progression on multimillion europrojects.
The ideal candidate will fulfil the following criteria;
* Degree qualified
* Degrees of Interest include; Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying
* 10 years plusexperience
* Happy to take on a site based role
* Has managed multimillion euro projects in the past
* Has worked on Residential, Commercial or Educational projects previously
* Happy to lead a project from start to finish
* Expert level knowledge of Irish Construction standards
* Looking to work on Cork based Construction projects
* Located in proximity to Cork
* Full Driving licence
* No restrictions to apply
* Able to start with 1 months notice
* IT Savvy
* Happy to coordinate with planning, scheduling, cost management and site management teams
