Description:
Property inspector required to workwith local housing association in Greater Manchester.
You will report to the Repairs Manager who over see's internal repairs.
You will identify things such as disrepair/damage, mould, damp etc and put together a plan and liaise with all relevant parties to ensure repairs are completed managing the process from start to finish.
You will be required to drive all over thelocal area inspecting multiple properties daily.
Must be able to fill out reports, strong IT skills, able to deal with people from customers to contractors.
Salary is £28-£32kPA with excellent benefits as the company works on council terms. This consists of salary sacrifice schemes, car schemes, pension, healthcare, full sick pay.
You will work on a 12 week temp toperm. You will be work through the agency for 12 weeks and after be offered a permanent contract.
37 hours a week Monday toFriday
Car user with own vehicle is essential for the role. As an essential car user you will be entitled to an £80 paymenton top of wage as well as a very generous 46p a mile for any mileage accrued.
Most essential skills needed are ability to prioritise workload, able to manage time, strong IT skills
We are ideally looking for somebody who has a knowledge of buildingand housing regulations or has experience carrying out a similar role.
