Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Permanent - Essex - Up to £55k + Car Allowance + Benefits + Mileage
Quantity Surveyor. Our client, a leading Main Contractor within the Social Housing & Decent Homes Refurbishment sector, are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a Permanent basis to work on the delivery of forthcoming projects they have in Essex and North London. Our client are an extremely well established Main Contractor who have over 60 Years' experience working within their area of specialism in Social Housing/Decent Homes Refurbishments.
Due to an increased workload and project delivery book for 2023 & beyond, our client are now recruiting for these Quantity Surveyor vacancies to boost their existing strong commercial team in the delivery of high-class, professionally delivered projects throughout the South-East. Working as a Quantity Surveyor overseeing a number of projects throughout your area of works, these projects include all aspects of Decent Homes & Social Housing refurbishment, including both Internal (Kitchens & Bathrooms, Heating, Re-Wires & Flooring) and External (Window & Door Replacement, Pitched & Flat Roofing Repairs/Replacements, and EWI works) works to existing properties and buildings throughout the South-East.
For this role, it is imperative that you have prior experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor for Main Contractors operating within the Social Housing/Decent Homes sectors, and have prior working career history in the delivery of Internal, and more importantly External, redevelopment & refurbishment projects in this sector. Further still, prior experience in the repair & replacement of Pitched & Flat Roof systems would be extremely beneficial.
