MCG are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Manager in West London on a fixed term contract. As a Repairs Manager you will be looking aftera team of planners and driving forward all KPI's. You will be working for a leading contractor in social housing.
Duties:* Ensuring KPI's are met
* Dealing with complaints
* Assist with client meetings and stakeholders to discuss progress and represent the business
* Drive the team forward and in the right direction
* Strategically plan ahead and implement wherenecessary
Skills required as a Repairs Manager:
* Extensive knowledge in responsive repairs (essential)
* Experiencein managing a team
* Confident in dealing with clients and complaints
* Good attitude
