Repairs Scheduler - Immediate Start - Ealing (W5)
Our client is a Social Housing Contractor looking to expand their team, this is a full-time positionwith the prospect for long-term growth in the business. You will be based in the office in West London.
Key duties include:- Be responsible for Works Scheduling / Planning, monitoring workforce and sub-contractors to ensure that they comply with relevant specifications whilst delivering on or before works order target dates.
- All administrative work, dealing with invoicing issues and certifications when required
- Liaison with the client and tenants, dealing with complaints
- To ensure allworks orders received are scheduled immediately upon receipt and thereafter completed within target timescales leading to delivery of contractual key performance indicators.
- Monitor the systems for any emergencies and ensure records are kept up to date
To qualify for this role, you must have a strong repairs background.
Hours: 8:00-17:00
