RLO - ImmediateStart - Permanent Role - Nottingham
MCG are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer in Nottingham. This will be apredominantly site based and a customer facing role with the occasional visit to the head office.
The RLO is required to fully liaise between the Client, Site Project Team & Residents verbally and in writing in order to progress required works withminimum disruption to residents while maintaining a steady work flow for Subcontractors.
Roofing and externals experience would be essential.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Pre-visit to each resident to explain the "type of works", and method of "works
* Prepare and distribute all communications to residents.
* Establish a resident charter, maintain files, comments / query / complaints log etc.
* Compile procedures and administration to complement your role.
* Keep the residents up to date throughout
Requirements:
* CSCS (Preferable)
* Driving License and own vehicle
* Social housingexperience
Benefits:
* Basic + Car allowance + Mileage all paid.
* Pension contribution of up to 5%
