MCG are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer in Lambeth. This will be a pro-dominantly site based and customer facing role. This is astatic role so no driving license is required for this position.
The Project:
Our client will be turning off water in theproperties on different days and times to allow us to replace failing soil stacks across 5 blocks. The works will then requiresome making good in each property. The duties will be advising the residents of the days and times when these works will affecttheir property, undertaking a pre-con of the area where the stack penetrates into the residents flat to monitor where making good may be required.
The RLO is required to fully liaise between the Client, Site Project Team & Residents verbally and inwriting in order to progress required works with minimum disruption to residents while endeavouring to maintain steady work flowfor Subcontractors.
Duties will include but are not limited too:
* Pre-visit to each resident to explain the "type ofworks", and method of "works
* Prepare and distribute all communications to residents.
* Establish a resident charter, maintain files, comments / query / complaints log etc.
* Compile procedures and administration to complement your role.
* Keep the residents up to date throughout
* Issuing letters to residents
Requirements:
* CSCS (Preferable)
* Social housingexperience
