A leading midlands contractor is looking to recruit a skilled operative for an Offaly based project on a full time permanent basis. The candidate will ideally have experience with one or more aspects of construction be it carpentry or blocklaying. The role is based on a schools build at one site in offaly.
This is a great project for a candidate who wishes to avoid long journeys to Kildareor Dublin. The role is suited to experienced candidates who are based in the midlands.
The role is best suited to candidates who are:
* Experienced in trades such as carpentry, blocklaying, groundsworks or plastering
* Happy to work on all aspects of the build from foundations to handover
* Will assist tradespeople and engineering staff on site
* Happy to work on an Offaly based schools build
* Located in Offaly, Laois, Kildare or Westmeath
* Keen to work on a 12 month long project in the midlands
* Own transport
* Fluent English
* Can start ASAP
* Safe Pass, Manual Handling essential
* Must have some if notall of the following; MEWP, Scaffolding , Abrasive Wheel experience
