Technical Services Manager required in Manchester to work withfit-out contractor.
Ongoing opportunity paid on a Freelance basis (CIS or Umbrella only) - Willing to consider permanentfor the right person.
Will be working mostly on a project in Manchester to begin with but will also be required to work onprojects across the UK. No requirement to stay overnight and will aim to keep you as close to home as possible.
Must have abackground with M&E and be able to understand designs and drawings and be able to sanity check and question the designs being submit by the contractors.
Will attend regular sub-contractor meetings to advise and offer expertise based on the drawingssubmit. You will not need to produce drawings yourself.
Could be working on anything from 1 to 3 projects at a time depending on how demanding the projects are..
Will not be managing any teams on site. Will just be overseeing the designs and work carried out.
£300+ a day but rate is negotiable depending on experience.
