Do you have a passion for the construction industry, providing solutions and do you enjoy technicalproblem solving? If so, we're looking for someone just like you to join our client as a Technical Services/ Solutions EngineerWe are seeking a driven Technical Services Engineer with experience in providing solutions to construction based products. Ideally you will have some knowledge of passive fire protection, within building facades but this is not essential . As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to technical inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders regarding the design, installation, and performance of our client's products
The role
* Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with project management teams to address technical queries and provide solutions aligned with project requirements and product specifications.
* Analyse technical specifications, drawings, and project plans to advise on the best product selection.
* Record technical inquiries and responses
The person
* Previous experience gained in a technical construction product role
* Experienced in technical writing, including the creation oftechnical reports
* Strong problem solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Ability to convey technical information to a range of audiences
