Concept Resourcing are currently working with a growing leading Internet Service Provider to recruit a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst into their customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous IT support experience with knowledge of VoIP or SIP, looking to take their next step in their IT career.
Location - Chiswick, London
Salary - £30,000per annum + package + benefits
The Role
* Support the service desk by taking initial IT queries coming into the desk but also taking ownership of with escalations from more junior team members
* Supporting customers by resolving IT and telephony issues within set SLAs
* Actively logging the call on the ticketing system, and escalating the issue where applicable
*Display high levels of customer service and an excellent phone manner
* Excellent training available, and structured career path
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* VoIP and telephony support experience* SIP experience
* Relevant certification (CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+)
* Coachable and willing to learn
