Requirements:
* Awareness of how a Service Desk Operates (Desirable not Essential)
* Full Driving License ( Essential)
* Customer Service experience* Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft office and Office 365
* Passion for IT/ Tech
* Eager to Grow and Develop
