I am looking for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst for an immediate start, supporting a global construction end client, on behalf of my IT Professional Services client.

Duration: 3 Months+Location: Broxbourne, Hertfordshire

Skills / Experience required:
* Highly competent helpdesk analyst with the ability to resolve tickets (calls/emails) efficiently
* Strong experience with triage/resolution for tickets that relateto O365, Windows 10, Active Directory accounts and permissions
* Recognising when to assign tickets to 2nd line team where required
