I am looking for an experienced 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst for an immediate start, supporting a global construction organisation, on behalf of my IT Professional Services client.

Skills / Experience required:
* Minimum 12 Months experience working in an IT Support role
* Competent with servicing IT queries from internal customers, efficiently
* Technically, you will be well-experience with the Microsoft stack (Windows, Office 365, etc)
* Strong experience with configuring and supporting mobile devices
* Strong experience with triage/resolution for tickets that relate to O365, Windows 10, Active Directory accounts and permissions
* Recognising when to assign tickets to 2nd line team where required
