Concept Resourcing are currently working with a growing Managed Service Provider to recruit a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst into their support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to progress their IT career within a fast-paced environment with excellent opportunities for growthand development.
Location - Staines-upon-Thames
Salary - £22-26,000 per annum
The Role
* Act as the initial point of contact for issues coming into the service desk
* Supporting customers by resolving IT issues within set SLAs
*Actively logging the call on the ticketing system, and escalating the issue where applicable
* Display high levels of customerservice and an excellent phone manner
* Excellent training available, and structured promotion path to 2nd line
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous 1st line experience would be highly beneficial
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Background in IT or relevant certification (CompTIA A+)
* Coachable and willing to learn
* Familiar with Managed Service Provider and Data Centre environments
* Any experience within an ITIL environment would be beneficial
* Must be able andwilling to go through a security check
