A 2nd/3rd line Technical Support Engineer is needed tojoin this fantastic team that is trusted to deliver by leading UK brands.
As 2nd /3rd line Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems that come directly from clients and through technical escalations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years - 2nd line Support experience
* Experience working with a broad range of technologies:
*Microsoft OS/ Microsoft 0365
* Azure
* VMware
* Citrix / Virtual Desktop/ SQL
* Linux
* Experience of working witheither of these specific techs (Essential)
* CISCO Networking
* Juniper Networking
* Enthusiastic and Driven
* Passionate about IT
