Client:
Concept IT are looking for anexperienced IT Engineer to work for a well established and growing MSP. My client provides IT Services to customers all over theworld and due to a sustained period of growth are looking to expand their Service Desk team.
Role:
* Troubleshootissues remotely and onsite
* Provide Ad-Hoc support to a wide range of customers on-site
* Provide Hardware and Software Support
Desired Requirements:
Good Knowledge of the below:
* Office 365 Support experience
* Experience with Windows 10 or 11 OS
* Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
* Email filtering products such as Vipre
Additional requirements:
* Experience with RDS Solutions
* Strong understanding of AV, ideally Sophos
* Great customer facingand communication skills
