Responsibilities:
* 2nd Line Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support.
* Swift Incident Resolution: Resolve incidents on-site and remotely.
* Service Excellence: Exceed Service Level Agreements.
* Team Collaboration:Work closely with support teams.
* Technical Guidance: Offer guidance to colleagues.
* Relationship Building: Foster strongintra-team relations.
* Installation Standards: Ensure industry-standard installations.
* Flexibility: Occasionally supportweekend tasks.
* Project Assistance: Support technical design, implementation, and project tasks.
* Documentation: Maintainaccurate records.
* Infrastructure Records: Create and maintain customer infrastructure and service documentation.
* ProjectPlanning: Assist with project planning.
* Change Control: Maintain change control records.
* Testing and Compliance: Ensurethorough testing and sign-offs.
* Training: Support training efforts.
* Proactive Contribution: Provide independent supportwithin the team.
* Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as needed.
* Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements.
