I am looking for an experienced 2nd Line Field Support Analyst, supporting a global construction organisation, on behalf of my IT Professional Services client.
Start: Beginning of April
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Hertfordshire
IR35: Inside
Skills/Experience Required
* Minimum 12 months experience working in an IT Support role
* Resolving 2nd Line technical issue via a support tool
* Confident in dealing withcustomers face-2-face
* Managing tickets via calls/emails, from customers
* Technically, you will be well-experienced with the Microsoft stack (Windows, Office 365, etc)
* Strong experience with configuring and supporting mobile devices
