A 2nd line IT Support Analyst is needed to join this fantastic team that is trusted to deliver by leading UK brands.
As 2nd line IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for resolvingtickets, incidents and problems that come directly from clients and through technical escalations, across a range of different technologies and disciplines.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years - 2nd line Support experience
* Experience working with a broad range of technologies:
* Microsoft OS/ Microsoft 0365
* Azure
* VMware
* Citrix / Virtual Desktop/ SQL
*Linux
* Network support experience
* CISCO/Juniper ideally
* LAN/WAN
* TCP/IP
* Enthusiastic and driven
* Passionate about IT
