Concept IT are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join a well-established and growing IT solutionsorganization. You will be 2nd line BAU support to ServiceNet customers.
This Network Support role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Network Engineer looking to work for a company that focuses on employee training and progression.
This role will involve incident diagnostics and assistance, log monitoring, network configuration and device upgrades and bug fixes.This role works on a 4 by 4 shift pattern and will be 4 - 12 hour shifts (Nights) 8pm - 8am, and then 4 days off.
Job Overview
* Escalate issues with incident management
* Recommend and deploy changes
* Act as a point of escalation for the 1stline team
* Configure backup / restore
* Log monitoring and analysis
