Description:
I am looking for a couple of experienced Network Engineerto provide 2nd Line technical support to a portfolio of End Users.
Location: Peterborough
IR35 Status: Inside
Night Shifts - 12 hours - 4 on 4 off.
Role Responsibilities:
* Providing technical support to BAU 2nd Line incidents, in particular ServiceNet customers (support & diagnostics, analysis, software upgrades, patches & bug fixes, config back up & restore, etc)
* Provide technical support to on-going projects and helping transition new customers during their on-boarding process
* Recognise when to escalate technical matters to Service Delivery Manager/3rd Line team.
Skills/Experience required:* A minimum of 2 years commercial experience in a technical support role within an SLA driven environment
* You must holdCisco CCNA certification
* A good understanding of ITIL and its processes
* Any knowledge/experience around F5 and Checkpoint is highly advantageous, but not essential
