We are looking for someone to join the IT Service Desk at our client in Birmingham as a 2ndline support. This is a nationwide, award-winning company, with over 50 years of experience. You will receive excellent trainingand development and will have many different progression routes available to you.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6-12 monthsexperience of 2nd line Support at an MSP (Essential)
* Previous Customer Care Experience
* Previous experience of loggingtickets
* Experience in:
* Active Directory
* Windows servers
* Microsoft office 365
* Basic Networking
* Cloud Infrastructures
* Open to learning and developing within the company!
