2nd line IT Support Analyst
£28,000 - £30,000 (based on experience) + benefits - Negotiable
Birmingham West Midlands -Hybrid role (commutable from Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Redditch, Tamworth, etc…)
We are looking for someone to join the IT Service Desk at our client in Birmingham as a 2nd line support. This is a nationwide, award-winning company, with over 50 years of experience. You will receive excellent training and development and will have many different progression routes available to you.
Requirements:
* MUST HAVE - Minimum of 6-12 months experience of 2nd line Support at an MSP (Essential)
* Previous Customer Care Experience
* Previous experience of logging tickets
* Experience in:
* Active Directory
* Windows servers
* Microsoft office 365
* Basic Networking
* Cloud Infrastructures
* Open to learning and developing within the company!
