Description:
Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer/Team Leader to join a fast-paced environment commutable to Central London.
The purpose of the role is to dealwith the daily management of a team of site-based IT analysts and update and refresh existing processes.
Main Duties:
*Assist the management of resources within the team ensuring adequate cover is maintained to deliver the existing support requirements.
* Review existing processes and work with the existing team to update and refresh.
* Encourage and support staff withdevelopment.
* Identify any knowledge gaps including customer service skills.
* Review and improve performance against contractual SLA.
* Assist with the 2nd line support to c650 staff remotely and onsite.
* Use of service Now, Office 365, Windows10/11.
* MAC/IOS support is also required.
Experience required:
* Must be proactive with people management skills.
*Previous experience leading/managing a team of IT engineers.
* Proven people management experience and training
* Ability to multitask and a flexible attitude in dynamic environment.
* A sound technical knowledge of IT related products and services* Experience with M365, Mac and IOS support
* ITIL experience is advantageous.
Package details:
* 3 months initial contract
* £200 - £250 per day dependent on experience
* Monday - Friday
* 9am - 5.30pm*
This contract has been deemed aninside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions.
