Job Description: As a Casual IT Installation Technician, you will be responsible forthe installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems for our clients in Dorset. This role is ideal forsomeone looking for flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:* Install and configure hardware and software systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Provide on-site and remote support to clients.
* Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard.
* Maintain accurate records of installations and support activities.
* Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT installation and support.
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of various IT systems and hardware.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part ofa team.
* Flexibility to work on a casual basis, including evenings and weekends if required.
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
