Description:

I am looking for anexperienced Application & Cloud Engineer to support a large Network Operations team based in Peterborough, providing Level 2Support.

Duration: 3 months+

Hybrid: 1 day per week in Peterborough, 4 days working remotely

Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.Role Responsibilities:

* Providing technical support to BAU 2nd Line incidents, and act as the escalation point for 1st Line Engineers.
* Provide support to internal project work.
* Support the transition of new customers during their on-boardingprocess.

Skills/Experience required:

* A minimum of 2-3 years commercial experience in a technical support role within an SLA driven environment
* Proven commercial experience delivering projects and complex changes
* Excellent communication skills
* It is an expectation that you have commercial experience with the following:



* Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
* Active Directory user and computer management
* File / Print Server
* Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
* Microsoft365, including the following:

1 Intune and Endpoint Management
2 Teams
3 Exchange on-line
4 SharePoint on-line
5 Azure AD
6 Microsoft Defender

* It would be highly beneficial if you have knowledge/experience with Azure, AWS, SCCM, VMWare* If you hold a valid/current SC level of security clearance, this would be advantageous.
