Description:
Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for field service engineers to assist with the first line maintenance of ATMs across multiple customer sites.
ATM experience is essential for this role.
We are looking for engineers to cover the following locations:
* East midlands
* North West
*Central Belt Scotland
Working Hours
* Friday - 12pm - 10pm
* Saturday - 10am - 8pm
* Sunday - 10am - 5pm
* Monday -8am - 6pm
Package
* Initial 6 months contract
* £150 per day via umbrella company (inside IR35)
* Use of own vehicle required
* Engineers must have own ANDROID smart phone to download necessary applications
* Mileage applicable after 100 miles payable at 0.33ppm
* First £10 per day Parking included in daily rate
* Congestion and Tolls claimable with receipts only
The Role
* Complete Repairs, maintenance & fault diagnostics including but not limited to:
* Removing notes,card and receipt jams
* Cleaning sensors and components
* Repack cash cassettes
* Running diagnostics
* Resetting and testing
* Following written scripts
* KPI of 5 calls per shift
* May require prolonged travel, carrying / lifting tool kit/ parts of varying weights
* May require bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, standing & sitting for long periods of time
* The role requires the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision and to be able to manage your time effectively and pro-actively
* Contractor may be asked to carry spare parts (5 to 10 parts) which they must keep safely in their vehicles and audit weekly. Most parts are small in size with largest being a card reader which is the size of a large shoe box.
The Essentials
* Full Manual UK Driving License
* Must be able to pass PES4 & 3 year reference check - Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.

* Good written & excellent verbal communication skills across all levels?
* Good time management and organisation skills?
This contract has been deemed an inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrellacompany rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
