This role offers a Hybrid Approach to Working.
Salary: Up to £24,000 Per Annum Dependent Upon Experience

About the Role
We're looking fora Business Applications Analyst to join our established Systems team. As a Business Applications Analyst you will play an essential role in supporting our community wide operational teams in fully utilising our key systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Configuration of our key business applications, including fostering and adoption case management, residential home rostering and residential case management.
* Manage system permissions and audit user access
* Support Super Users in the resolution of enduser queries
* Review how the applications are used identify best practice and opportunities for improvements
* Review newfunctionality as it is released, and implement when adopted
Requirements for the role:
The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, in both business terms and technical terms
* Experience of documenting processes, developing user guides and systems training
* Strong problem solving skills
