Description:
As an Engagement and Management Lead (Digital Service Transformation) you'll:
● Coordinate a work stream of improvements to government digital services, working closely with service teams outside of CDDO to create service improvement plans and oversee delivery against them.
● Engage directly with service teams and with senior leadersoutside of CDDO, influencing their plans and activities for their digital services to align with agreed cross-government priorities.
● Work closely with technical and analytic colleagues to ensure they have the data and connections needed to analyse service journeys and performance.
● Represent CDDO in meetings across government both within the Cabinet Office and other government departments, manage stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication, deal constructively with conflicting views and work with senior stakeholders to ensure all needs are understood and to influence strategic direction.
● Deliver to the agreed goals, actively tackling impediments, risks and blockers, and communicating and escalating where necessary.
