Concept IT are looking for a Cloud Engineer to work for a busy MSP based in Cambridgeshire.
Role:
Provide onsite IT technical support focused on Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to logged incidents and provide end users with a technical solution
* Provide apoint of escalation for lvl 2 engineers
* Escalate potential service issues to team leaders
* Resolution and ownership of tasks
* Queue management
