Cloud Product Manager

The Product Manager role is responsible for the Public Cloud portfolio that Six Degrees provided to its current and future target clients, these currently cover a broad range of consultancy and managed services primarily focused on Microsoft Azure.

The role will be focused on setting and reviewing the technical product strategy for this portfolio, workingalongside the Cloud Product manager to develop commercial models for Public Cloud services.

The role is expected to work closely with heads of the relevant service areas, customers and market analysts to ensure we are constantly aware of macro and microtrends that help drive strategic decisions in the direction of our portfolio.

The role has direct ownership of the definition of the services we will provide; including service design, systems, tools and portals to define the client experience of consuming these services. As a product manager you will be working closely with the product engineering team to define and document our end-to-end Public Cloud services from point of sale through to the delivery and operational experience.

Expected to workas a team player ensuring services aligning to the 6DG service framework to ensure that multi product/service solutions are easyto configure and sell to our clients working with all other product managers

The role will work closely with Marketing andProposition management to ensure that we have a clear GTM for the portfolio of services with clarity on target market and targetclient. Clear proposition and USPs where applicable with support for industry verticalization

The individual will be expected to work closely with the sales organisation and be client centric and client facing, often helping facilitate larger or morecomplex needs in deals with a view of GM. Presenting at events both internal and external and being the SME and credible face ofthis portfolio both digitally and in person

· Able to represent Six degrees to senior members within a client as well as prospects both digitally and face to face

· Passionate about technology - the individualhas to be passionate about how their portfolio can solve the problems of our target clients

· Detailed and operationally strong (service design), able to think about the experience required at every stage from easily quoting and selling, through delivery and the client experience including changes

· Collaborative and able to work with both deeply technical and sales orientated people

· Excellent organisation and prioritisation sills to manage and prioritise a roadmap which has multiple sources ofinput

· MSP and Market knowledge - good understanding the role and value that a managed service provider brings to an end client organisation in our respective industry verticals

· Service orientated -always thinking about the ongoing service that aclient will experience pre, during and post purchase of a service

· Have the personality to work with a range of internal andexternal stakeholders across different disciplines to define and deliver a market leading set of capabilities

· Work with Account Teams and Marketing to generate and qualify Consultancy and Project Management opportunities, work with Professional Services specific sales specialists and consultants to ensure deep subject matter expertise around the professional services portfolio

· Work with systems delivery teams to ensure processes and tools to support the services set are developed, easy to use andintuitive.

· Ensure technical knowledge for your team is kept up to date and relevant for their respective product portfolios

· Take end to end ownership of the revenue growth of the product/s

· Building out product strategy aligning with industry trends and customer needs including building supporting business cases for future product roadmaps

· Training and presenting internal sales teams and external partners

· A Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline would be preferable· Excellent understanding of the professional services product portfolio

· Mastery of the use of Excel for tactical analytical purposes. Ability to manipulate data and produce/track strategic KPIs using business systems

· Demonstrable experience in the successful introduction of new products and services

· Demonstrable experience in the creation of a valueproposition for product offerings

· Strong understanding of Public Cloud consultancy and managed services
