I have partnered with one of the most exciting and fastest growing MSP's in the UK and they are on the lookout for their next Cloud Support technician to join an already establishedhelpdesk in supporting a full range of IT Cloud/Infrastructure
Essential skills:
* A professional and confident persona
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* A strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Microsoft Active Directory/Group Policies
* Understanding of network infrastructure appliances such as routers, switches and wireless network points.
* Accreditation or experience in the majority of the following technical products: Microsoft Technical Stack (365, Azure, RDS, OS etc.), Powershell, Firewalls, Backup Solutions
