Description:
My client are a prestigious government organisation based in Fareham, Hampshire. They're seeking a Business Analyst - on a contract up until the end of March with probable extensions - to join the Transformation Integrated Shared Services Division (TISS). BA'S work closely with business area across the organisation to identify opportunities to deliver change with aclear focus on people, process, technology, and data and support ongoing transformation work.

* Eliciting requirements using appropriate techniques
* Delivering at pace, using agile methodologies and principles where appropriate
* Creating requirements documentation to high standards.
* Assisting decision makers ingathering information to make informed decisions
* Helping to quality assure test solutions and products
Highly desirable:* Waterfall/Agile working - familiar with working in and across Waterfall and Agile methods including ability to adapt to ahybrid method.
* Able to identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes.
* Helps the team to decide the best approach.
* Able to help teams to manage and visualise outcomes
* Businessanalysis - investigates problems and analyses options for new and existing services. Works with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits available.
* Business improvement process - able to analyse current services and processes
