Sales Development Representative Responsibilities
* Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
* Generate new business leads and arrange meetings
* Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
* Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changingsystems and peripherals.
Sales Development Representative Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Telesales or SDR Roles
* Previous Telemarketing experience
* Proven new business development & appointment making capability via coldand warm calling.
* Confidence and self-assured
* Tenacity, persistent, determined, and high strength of will
* Excellentinterpersonal skills - must be easy to converse with, good empathy, listener, consultative, good communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport and strong business relationships
* Good time management
* Ability to handle and overcome objections
*Hunter mentality
* Professional personal presentation
* Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint,Word and Excel.
* Genuine interest for working in the ICT environment and building a sales career
