Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Executive, Location: Remote (UK-based applicants only)

Established SEO Agency with a fullyremote working policy - candidates must be based in the UK, are looking for an experienced Mid-level CRO Executive to join theirteam on a part-time basis, 30 hours or less per week.
They are a dynamic and innovative agency committed to delivering exceptional results to their clients across a variety of industry sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for website and conversion rate optimisation.
* Conduct thorough analysis of user behaviours using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and create actionable insights.
* Develop and implement A/B testing strategiesto improve website performance.
* Utilise Looker dashboard to monitor key metrics and provide regular reports on performance.* Optimise the user journey, landing pages, and overall website experience to increase conversion rates.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, preferably in a remote setting.
* Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker dashboard.
* Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
