Description:
* Customer Support Engineer - Field Based
* £50 - £60 per hour PAYE - Inside IR35
* Temporary contractuntil 30th June 2023
* Remote based travelling to Customer Sites
Working for one of the biggest names in Technologywe are looking for an experienced Customer Engineer to travel to customer sites and provide expertise and support with a specific emphasis on Active Directory and Azure Identity Management.
The ideal candidate will be DV cleared but Sc clearance isalso fine

* Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships and gain trust.
* Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills

Which Solution Area:
* Broad knowledge of on-premises Microsoft products with deep understanding of (at least) one of the following:
* (Azure) Identity Management
* Active Directory
* Windows Server
* Virtualization
* Networking
* Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management.
*Proven subject matter expertise in the following:
* 5+ years' experience in systems development, network operations, softwaresupport, IT consulting
* Self-reliant and strong team player
* Working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly
* Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
* PowerShell\Scripting experience
Identity related requirements:
* Experience in designing and implementing Active Directory (and Azure Active Directory)
* Windows Server related requirements:
* Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) platforms
* Networking (virtualization)
* PKI
* Failover Clustering
* RDS\WVD
* Azure, knowledge of:
* IaaS platform
* Infrastructureas Code
* Governance
* Azure Active Directory\ Identity Management
Specific skills:
* Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments
* Proven track record of building relationships with senior IT and business decision makers.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to explaincomplex topics in ways that can be understood by technical and business decision makers.
* Fluency in English is essential* Willingness to travel
